Winter Camps 2007-2008
Please note: All Camps require pre-registration and pre-payment. All classes have a maximum of 10 and a minimum of 5 participants. If camp minimums are not met, the camp may be cancelled; parents will be notified 48 hours in advance. Full refunds will be issued. If your child is unable to make it to a class, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance to receive a rull refund. Parents or guardians are asked to be present for camp check-in, which begins 15 minutes prior to the camp start-time. They are asked to return to pick-up their camper 5 minutes before the scheduled camp conclusion. (The Little Tikes Camp requires a parent or guardian for the duration of the camp.) One adult is allowed to stay with the camper to enjoy the museum after their session; adult admission rates apply for additional parents or guardians.

Math Explorers: Tanograms- Slide, turn, and flip shapes to make pictures in this creative math class!

Lego Mania: Lion Cub Playground- Two little lion cubs need a place to play! Create a place for them to practice climbing, balancing, and jumping.

Little Tykes: Festive ‘Stained Glass’ Decoration – Parents stay with their children in this fun hands-on class and help them create a colorful holiday decoration.

Little Tykes: Fairy Tale Magic– Parents stay with their children in this fun hands-on class where children learn about the Grimm Brothers and make a Rapunzle tower.

Little Tykes: Valentine Fun! –Parents stay with their children in this fun hands-on class where children make beautiful Valentines and other heart-felt crafts for their family!

Science with Sandy and Magali: Here is My Heart –Learn about your heart. Observe chicken heart dissection and make your own stethoscope. As a scientist you will have lab time, and make a magnificent journey simulation to understand the AVC’s (arteries, veins, and capillaries) of your circulatory system.
